Dear Mr. President and dear Gymnastic Friends!

We are pleased to inform you that we will organize X Jubilee International competition in Artistic Gymnastics “Stella Zakharova Cup”. The tournament will take place in Kiev from the 19 of May till the 22 of May 2011.

We warmly invite you to take part in the Tournament and already assure that we’ll do our best to welcome in Kiev your champions in:

Men Artistic Gymnastics
Women Artistic Gymnastics

2. Date:	From the 19 of May till the 22 of May 2011.
3. Holding place:	The main competitions are going to be held on the podium of the Palace of Sports in Kiev.
4. Technical instructions:	The competition is going to be held according to the FIG regulations in women and men artistic gymnastics.
5. Kinds of competitions:	Competition №1 and №2 – team, all-round competition
6. Squad of the team:	Age (according to the FIG regulations): Men: 3 senior gymnasts (1995 and older) Women: 3 senior gymnasts (1995 and older) The composition of the team Men: 3 gymnasts; 1 coach; 1 judge Women: 3 gymnasts; 1 coach; 1 judge

The Organizing committee is turning to your Federation with the request to bring to our competition the best gymnasts from your National Federation; this will promote further rising of the level of the competition. We also kindly ask you to send us the list of the competitors including their current titles and the results of the last competitions, in which they took part.

The winners of the team competition (competition I) among men and women (separately) are recognized by summing up of the two best results in each kind of all-round.

The winners of the individual competition in the all-round (competition II) are recognized by competition I.

* Technical Regulations: the competition is held according to the FIG Rules.

7. Preliminary program of the competition:

19.05.11	Thursday	The arrival day. Training in the training hall “Avangard” (evening).
20.05.11	Friday	Training on the podium (Men and Women). The accreditation for men and women gymnasts. The meeting of the representatives and the judges.
21.05.11	Saturday	The Men and Women team competition and all-round competition. The opening ceremony. The awarding ceremony of Men and Women winners in the team competition. (Before each flow Men and Women have the warm-up).
22.05.11	Sunday	Departure day

8. Financial conditions:	The Entry fee for the each delegation is 100 Euro. The organizing committee of Stella Zakharova Cup is covering the expenses concerned with living in a four-star hotel and meals for gymnasts, coaches and judges. Additional days and meals (In case of earlier arrival or later departure), are paid by the national federations. Accommodation and meals for the additional members of the delegations are provided at the expense of the National Federations, the sum is 70 EURO per person per day. The payment is made on the day of the arrival. The national federations cover the travel expenses. The Entry fee for the team is 100 Euro.
9. The number of members of the delegation:	Participants 6: 3 male gymnasts and 3 female gymnasts Coaches 2: 1 coach for MAG and 1 coach for WAG Judges 2: 1 judge for MAG and 1 judge for WAG
10. Entries:	All the Registration Forms will be sent by the Organizing Committee in the nearest future along with the Official Invitation.
11. Transport and air service:	We kindly recommend you to book tickets in advance. Please inform us about the exact date of your arrival to Kiev. The Organizing Committee will provide transportation from / to the airport “Boryspil” (railway station) and to/from the training / competition venue. All the delegates will be met and transported to the hotel.
12. Judges:	Every delegation must bring 2 judges. All the judges must have active breve given by FIG to 2008-2011 in the category that allows them to judge World Championships.
13. Musical material:	The FIG Rules require that all the musical material, to which the sportsmen perform, should be completed according to the rules of the International convention of protection of author’s rights. The completion of these rules is obligatory at “Stella Zakharova Cup”.
14. Visas:	Please check whether you need visa in order to travel to Ukraine or not. The Organizing Committee will be glad to help with the Official Invitation. In order to receive the Official Invitation you should send the documents to the Organizing Committee of the “Stella Zakharova Cup” not later than the 30th of March 2011 together with the Nominal List of the members of the delegation.
15. Insurance:	Ukrainian Gymnastics Federation, “Stella Zakharova Cup” and FIG cannot be held responsible for any liabilities in case of accidents. All the members of the delegation and the competitors must make their own arrangements as to insurance. Each member of the delegation needs to have a valid health and accident insurance. Please bring a declaration of medical insurance (see FIG Technical Regulations, Reg. 12.10).
16. The draw:	The draw for the performance of the sportsmen for is going to be held when the participating federations arrive to Kiev.
17. Awarding:	Under consideration by the Organizing Committee (approximately under USD 10 000) In the team classification men and women will be awarded with memorable prizes.
